It's primarily designed for weight savings as I understand it, but cleaning up the shift-slop is a nice side effect. I just placed my order, so I'll let you know how much tighter it feels after I get it installed.

Yep, what he said. I'm running the UPR shifter on my car, which is much tighter than stock, but then when I added the k-member kit, that improved the shifter feel even further!
