Everything seems fine until full throttle. It's not the governor. Changed the full filter. As it accelerates, it starts misfire and the exhaust starts to make a popping noise. Anyone experienced this before?

A popping bios without a misfire would be a hole in your exhaust closer to the muffler area. When the shop welded in my last mufflers the left a hole and if I hammered on the throttle it would pop. Other wides I've heard a misfire could sound like a badass cam but I can't vouch for that
