Btw, this has been done multiple times, on a stock shortblock no less. You will have ZERO issue hitting 400+ to the tire. If you want high RPM stability, I'd think your best bet would be to sleeve your aluminum block, making it a big bore, 11:1 compression (or more) Livernois or Kris Starnes built and worked heads, in addition to the full list of bolt ons you mentioned, easily 425-450 at the feet. All with a stock stroke as well as maintaining the ~70 pound weight advantage by staying aluminum.

Also google/YouTube search marcspaz, and Dave Stauder. Stauder's white GT ended up getting a boss330 built big bore and putting down over 440 to the tire.
