Congrats on getting it done!

You may want to look into some Continental Extreme Contact DW tires next time around, I know they gave me a huge improvement over the Pzeros in traction, was able to hold in second gear at 500rwhp (obviously a clutch dump will break them loose, but you know what I mean).

The pirelli tires were not my first choice, but I scored the wheels and tires with less than 1000 miles off the local Craigslist for only $800, so I figured I could live with them for now. I changed a quite a lot all at once so it's tough to be objective, but they seem to be a much better tire than the 235/55/18 BFGs that came from the factory.

A boost controller good for an additional 2psi (7psi total, 10psi peak) and the numbers look pretty good. 487HP & 501TQ

Dyno graph to follow in the next day or so.

Looks really good. Who did your work? I was thinking maybe a dyno day is in order.

His name is Scott Patten and his business is P&Performance. http://www.pperformance6.com/

He's got a shop out in Byers that always has some really high HP cars in it. Most of the cars he works on are focused on the 1/4, but he puts together some pretty wicked street cars too. Lately, he's been inundated with GT500s. He does business pretty much exclusively by word of mouth, and every time I need work done, he's booked 7-10 weeks out or more. I was connected to him through a fellow ColoradoStangs member on a dyno day back in 2008 when I was still trying to make the STS twin setup work. I can't say enough good things about his work, and I won't let anyone else touch my car at this point.

I remember you mentioning him before. Byers is only around 160 miles for me. So I will have to get something going.

Great numbers for such modest levels of boost.
You have maximum boost of 10psi at 3800rpm with a gradual drop off to 6.5psi at 6000rpm. The AFR is safe at 11.0-12.0:1 from 2350rpm upwards, and hopefully the timing is conservative enough so you won't put a rod out through the block at that power level.
Looks like you have an engine with a split personality that's Dr. Jekyll at lower rpm and Mr. Hyde at higher rpm!

The small turbos are limiting the top end in pretty big way. It works out pretty well, because they keep me right at the safe limit of the stock bottom end. The plan is to fortify the motor and upgrade the turbos over the winter. I think all the mods on the intake side are the reason she spools so fast and makes great power in the low-mid range. I can definitely feel the top end going flat, but the drivability at low rpm, and torque throughout the mid-range really make it a sweet driving street car.
