OK, heres the whole story, I installed the FRPP cams a little over a week ago. My car will start and run fine until I go to get on it. I have good strong power through 1st, when I hit second and beyond if I old man it she drives just fine, if I goose it, she pulls, but lags some, and theres like a dead spot between 3000 & 4000. Wound up and she's fine again. I got a CEL, and had codes p0018 and
p0022. I also got a TBS low voltage code, and a cylinder 5 mis-fire. So I almost went and ordered an alternator and VCT solenoids, and all that jazz that everybody seems to replace when these codes pop up, but I am honestly thinking I may have somehow still ended up jumping a tooth on the timing on bank 2 and am leaning towards checking into that first before I go buying parts I don't need. What do you guys think? Also, would the timing being off cause the running and codes I've gotten? Any ideas on which way I went with the timing? Is there an easy way to re-time these engines?

Did you upload a new tune for your car's computer?

It's possible you have a bad tune. It might be worthwhile to get a new tune from your tuner and reflash the car.
