Default Cleaning inside of master cyl resorvoir

Has anyone ever cleaned the inside of the master cylinder reservoir and how?

I have. Remove the reservoir, place it in the parts washer, scrub the bejesus out of it, spray thoroughly with brake cleaner, dry thoroughly, then reinstall it on the master cylinder. If you're careful, you won't need to bleed the brakes.
If you don't have access to a parts washer, use dish soap and a baby bottle brush in the kitchen sink...then make your wife clean up the mess it left behind...and have her bring you a beer as you reinstall it.

Clean the power steering reservoir as well. Mine was all gunked up. It has a mesh at the bottom and mine was clogged. Cost me a new rack.
