Default 2010 procharged Mustang idleing too rich?

Hello everyone. I’m new here. I have a procharged 2010 GT (P1SC) with 60lb injectors, upgraded BBK fuel pump, spark plugs that are a degree cooler than stock and LT headers. I have had the car tuned over the summer and it runs great once I get it warmed up. AFR were great too at WOT (per my tunner, I believe 11.5-12. I’m running a max boost of 10lb. ) My question is at idle my AFR is around 10.1-10.3. I usually have to air out the garage after starting her up cause the fumes are so bad. I don’t notice any black smoke when it’s running. My concern is I don’t want it to be so rich that it washes out the rings or cylinder walls. This is my first supercharged car so I’m not sure on what exactly is normal. Should I be concerned with an AFR at idle that rich? Also I have heard my gas mileage wasn’t supposed to take much of a hit after supercharging, but I’m at like 14mpj.

Certainly something you should address. I'd worry about destroying your cats as well.

I'm running around 9 lbs with a KB 2.8 LC on a 5.0 coyote and getting around 13.5. You do have to pay for the play. Anyone who tells you adding 200 hp while keeping same economy is just blowing smoke up your butt.

I had the same problem . Took it to a different tuner and he said the injectors was the problem. I had 95lb. DeatschWerks . Changed them to Ford Racing 60lb. He tried to get the DeatschWerks to work but couldn't . The car runs perfect now just like stock.

I have the Brenspeed B326 650 whp.

Get rid of the cats a clogged one destroyed my last engine.

Modern catalytic converters are not that restrictive, so no need to remove them for a daily driver if they are functioning properly. Improperly tuned vehicle can clog a good converter in a very short time and become a restriction that can damage engine as you suggest.
