I really do appreciate all the info that you guys have provided. I'm the 4th owner of this GT. I hope you guys don't think I'm an idiot by asking how to adjust the stops. I didn't realize that they just turn to adjust them. This is my second GT since my first GT, a '86 GT. I'm certainly going to give all these things a try. Good to know that you guys told me about the hood being an aftermarket hood. Thanks again !

One of them is to copy the front aero mods I did on my Stang as shown on http://www.angelfire.com/my/fan/Mustang2006GT/Aero.html
The only issue that remains is the hood overhang over the grille. A strip of thick rubber or similar material could be used to fill that gap and stuck onto the hood with some double-sided tape.

You can simply seal it with weather strip and such, but that still doesn't matter, the over-hang
will still have turbulence up there under that portion of the over-hang. Blocking it just leaves no
where for the air to go, and will swirl under there, and can cause more lift.

The Belly pans make the car more aerodynamic. I want to do mine, but just not sure
on what parts to buy. I have a riv-nut gun, and well-nuts, so that is not a problem. You
did yours, can you provide links for the parts?

The information is in the link that I provided earlier.
If the strip is the right shape, you might be able to direct the air to go through the grille rather than swirl under the leading edge of the hood.

Would hood louvers help, like the ones on the '13 and '14? Enough so that the under pan mod would not be necessary and enough to stop/reduce the hood flutter?

Hood vents would indeed help and you could do those AND the front underbody aero mods. The aero mods improved my highway gas mileage so definitely worth doing.
