Default Very Close to 12's On My 3v! Next mod?

Sup everyone!

I have an 06' GT I picked up a little over a year ago that I've been taking to the strip! Last year I started out running a 14.1 @101 best time on the stock tires with only a muffler delete on the car. My original goal since then has been to run a 12 second pass (somewhere in the 12's at least). With some trial and error, i've managed to run my best time a few days back 13.101 @109.27. Im super happy with it! I had been running this setup but with a terrible Hankook 25" tire setup, don't ask! Once I swapped my tires to a 27" tall NITTO G2, I went up 3 MPH in the trap and definitely some better overall traction. My 60' needs a TON of work, my best so far is a 2.008 on the same run listed above^.

So my next question is what you you guys recommend for my next mod to get closer or into the 12's? I will list my current mods below! I know it's pretty clear from what people have said that my car is easily capable of a 12 second run but its all coming down to my launch. I've gotten the car to a point that I can leave decently hard with no tire spin, if I roll the clutch out somewhere around 2000-2500. If I let it out quick, it roasts the tires, and if I let it out any slower the bogging gets worse than it already is!
MODS:
JLT S3 Intake
LITO 93 Octane Tune
MBRP Muffler Delete
Steeda Underdrive Pulleys
BMR Lower Control arms & Relocation Bracket
Nitto NT555 G2 255/50/17 tires (27")

My rear diff needs some work for sure, so ive considered swapping in the Ford Performance 4.10 kit with all the new stuff. I think that would help the bogging a ton, but not sure if it would make me kill my tires off the line. I also have a decent amount of more power mods I can get out of the car while its N/A like Long tubes, cams, CMDP, etc.

Any and all input would be greatly appreciated! Ill post a pic with the timeslip and a video if I can figure it out!

I think you've already answered your own question. Your car is only a decent launch away from a 12-sec timeslip and your 109mph trap is almost identical to mine (I'm running stock 3.55 at the rear). Just roll out the clutch at about 2500rpm. I'd also highly recommend you install a Barton short throw shifter.
I know it's tempting to swap a 4.10 in the rear but that would only make it easier to spin the wheels unless you do a lot more rear suspension work. You could also disconnect the front sway bar to aid rear weight transfer.
