Default 2007 GT Convertible HEATED SEATS issue

Bought car recently, 145K miles, great shape, BUT the heated seats don’t work, on EITHER side.
Fuse...25amp mini is intact. Both mini relays behind the headlamp on/off switch were replaced, just in case they were faulty.
Both push buttons activate (the red dot light comes on) and I hear a faint click at the relays when the on/off buttons are pushed to turn the heaters on.
Can BOTH seats’ heating elements be bad? Both elements (upper and lower) on BOTH seats? Ideas/suggestions?

With 145K miles, yeah, the heating elements could be bad.

I can tell you that on a 2017 it is a control module that causes everything you said. Mine is at the dealer right now to get it replaced. Supposedly an easy part swap and the HVAC will work properly.

Maybe the 2007 has a control module as well that is causing your issues. Mine wasn't any relay or fuse - I checked those before taking it in.
