Default Just popping in...

Yeah, I know it's been a while. To be honest, there hasn't been much reason to visit. I don't own a 2.3L car anymore, and my daily driver isn't even a ford.

Anyways, I had my black 88 TC. I bought an 88 Tbird LX to replace it. The LX ended up getting rear ended, so I had to put the TC back into daily driver duties. I was driving the TC on the highway and the rear let go. Pinion bearing exploded, letting the pinion gear go nuts. Took out the gears, and the carrier. So I ended up buying a piece of junk 85 Shelby Charger.

Car was a big mistake. Spend 2.5 months doing nothing but fixing **** the previous owner did. He was one of those people that shouldn't be allowed to work on cars.

When the weather gets better, I'll post pics and more details. For now it's dead stock.

So yeah, just dropping through.

Nice to see you pop by every now and then. I really liked your grey car

Do you still have that other thunder bird? (red I think with the 3.8?)

I still have that one, and there hasn't been much progress with money and weather. I did pick up some more suspension components, got the T5 in there behind the 5.0, and a few other odds and ends done. Also nabbed some Cobra front brakes and misc brake parts.

I'm not selling that thing any time soon, too much sentimental value.

I know what you mean. I'll never sell my mustang

Good luck on both your cars
