Fuel Pump Control 1993, 2.3L
According to the schematics the 12V+ side of the fuel pump relay coil is energized all the time when you turn on the key via the red wire from the PCM and the 12V- (LT BLU/ORG) cycles on then off when you turn the key and then on (connected to 12V-)when you crank and run. What controls the cycling of that connection to 12V-?
