hey Need little help

New fuel pump in and no power. Can I hotwire in anyway?
93 Stang 4 banger with 8 plugs.Thanks for any help, Please

did u check the inertia switch in the trunk
its on the drivers side by the left tail lite. there is a red button / bar looking thing push it down,
