Default Stage 2 or 3 Flowmaster??

Hey guys, well the day has finally come. Im getting a new exhaust for my baby. I was going to get a flowmaster settup with 2 1/4 chrome tip, with a fake dual for the other side (so it looks like a dual exhaust) because i like that look. I was wondering if i should get a stage 2 or 3 flowmaster. I want something a little loud so when i step on the gas, even if i dont really go anywhere, its still sounds nice. thanks for the help.

It depends on what you want, if you want a stage 2, get it, want a stage 3 get it, or buy both and be happyer

the 40 series is the stage 2 and the force mufflers are the stage 3's named becasue the 40's ahve two baffles where as the forces have 3 baffles. make sense? good. if u want it loud the 40's are loud under accelration and ahve a louder tone under cruise, the forces ahve the same 40 series tone under acceleration but quiet down pretty good during cruising. if u rly want it loud liek usaid then get the 40's, the forces are for a more mild daily driver, guy who wants the flowmaster sound but closer to stock exhaust when cruising

You can pretty much buy tips anywhere, but the only place ive seen a 3' tip that looked pretty nice was schucks. They cost about 6-8 dollars. I bought a 2 1/2' tip for my stang for about 5 dollars. And no it wasnt one of those gay *** rice burner exhaust tip.

Hey guys just to let you know I did go this weekend and have a flowmaster put on my car, they opened up the exhaust to about 2 1/2 to 2 1/4 i forgot what he told me, and it sounds so good when im at idle, or when im about 2000 rpm's. I love it. here are some pictures. oh and i was able to get him to put a second "fake" pipe out to the right side so it looks like its a dual. tell me what you think.
