Default Turbo header

I have a 89 with 88 T-bird 2.3 turbo. I want to get a header for it but which one is the best for the money. I am getting a front mount intercooler so turbo location can vary. Racer Walsh used to have the equal length one for $600 but I couldn't find it. I saw the unegual length one for $350 but remeber seeing it cheaper somewhere.

He's talking about a turbo header.

Well how much money do you have???

Personaly I have a bob's log and so far I love the thing

I would say its either a Stinger header (about $300) or a bob's log ($about the same)

(BTW bob isn't making any right now because he is still recovering from heart surgery)

I think its a good header. But if money is no issue then I wouls build a custom on or get someone to build a custom one for you.

You should e-mail stinger or bob and ask moer about a header

alright boys, ATR makes an equal length header but they crack, so don't get one unless you can brace it. Bob makes them and they've become somewhat of a benchmark for the other headers. they pop on ebay everynow and then, so theyre certainly attainable. stinger's is a good header, he's got a lot of testing into it, thing its its not stock location so you need to modify ur exhaust and intake. SS auto chrome makes an exact copy of stingers, but most of their stuff is crap so i wouldn't by it. theres a guy on the rangerpowersports forum that goes by the screne name B2urbo, he mkaes killer headers, usually about a grand, but theyre insane. You can order an unequal length header from Rod's Header through forced4motorsports, mm and ff just ran an article on it, looked pretty good. and theirs another guy making headers like the old ATR ones, cept theyre braced so they won't crack. heres the link from the rps thread on headers. good luck deciding

Stinger sells the entire kit for the header, comes with the header, downpipe, wastegate, oil lines, etc. It was going for 650 or so before.

I ran a bobs log for a while, and loved it. The only problem i had was the hardware, which i replaced
