update:

well finally got the car running great...turned out to be a bad EGR sensor (not to be confused with egr valve)....idle surge is gone...and milage is way better...even trans seems better,as before it would sometime double kick down on excel (must have been getting to much gas?)...

after last post,i noticed surge came back again...errr

so i re went over this thread,and relized i had done everything you said,but had left out cleaning IAC....so today i took it off (what a horrible place...bottom screw was a bitch to get to)...i had some seafoum left over (basically same type stuff as carb cleaner),so gave it a good cleaning with that and some qtips (to help get extra crap out of two ports,and pin thing)...let it dryed off for 10 min or so,and reput back togeather...and!!! wow...it's like a whole new car...i cant believe it...it purrs like a kitten now...

recap:

check engine light was on and codes showed oxyen sensor,egr sensor (both replaced)...cleaned throttle body,cleaned mass air flow sensor...and finally today cleaned IAC.....can enjoy driving it :-)
