Default New to sight but old to Fox's

Hello everyone i am new member and what can i say i love this sight i read a lot of great stuff on here.Anyways im picking up a 88 4 cyl mustang coupe 5-speed(oh yeah) next friday.Reason friday we put $500 down today the rest next friday(payday).Anyway i had to get on here and post something.Some previous owner jacked up the black trim so i need some help how to restore it back to life.

What do you mean jacked up the black trim? I use back to black on mine and it works very well post up some pics so we can see what you mean.

What i mean when some one tryed buffing the car he buffed the trim like with a buffer.So it looks like i will have to scuff the trim first.I was actually going to paint them again.But if the back to black will get rid of the buff marks then i will try that.I have no pics yet remember no car till nxt friday.So all i have is the graigs list add.

Back tovblack wont work on buff marks. sand then paint is the only way, unless you can buff them properly.
