Hi, I have a 1992 LX 2.3 non turbo. It will not start always. I have replaced ignition coils, spark plugs, and spark plug wires. The inertia switch is not tripped. I do not hear my fuel pump kick on all the time, sometimes it comes on and my car starts while other times when it does not kick on the car will not start. I replaced the fuel filter also. I had the tank dropped a week ago and hooked 12V up to the pump and it ran just fine. So I believe my issue is somewhere a bad short or ground. Like it said sometimes it will start and sometimes it will not. I tested the volts with a test light on the inertia switch and the plug for the pump and neither have power. Though when i use the TEST EEC i hear the relay click. PLEASE HELP!

My issue is getting power to the pump all the time to even get it to prime...the very seldom times that the pump does get power the car starts up and runs perfect. But it is not getting power everytime i turn the key into the on posistion.
