93 2.3 tach jumps and missing at 2500 rpms and up

93 2.3 tach jumps and missing at 2500 rpms and up
93 2.3 n/a mustang rag top. when under a load around 2500 tach jumps to 4000 and back and forward and starts to miss. Codes pulled are 62, 95 and 65. I have attempted to reset to verify codes. can not reset unplugged neg at battery for 30 mins, 12 hrs, then 4 days.
I have replaced plugs, wires, coils, ignition module and fuel and air filters. metered maf, relay box on fender wall {ircm} and tps all looks good. checked and cleaned air bypass and egr all is good. Checked voltage at fuel pump power 13.7 and ground is .1. Plan to replace crank sensor and check fuel pressure.
Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
engine specs 86 turbo block with 2000 2.5 head with 93 stock edis has ran fine for past 20 months no codes no issues.
