How many of you guys have car alarms? Iv got a prestigewith sensors on the trunk , hood, doors and the ignition.
Although i do live in canada , in the country haha, but i thought its good to have for when i go into town.

Man, it has been a bad day for both of us, my starter went bad at school during auto and as i was pushing it off the lift (with the door open) i hit the door on the lift post and almost ripped it off the car, thats why i posted asking about a drivers door. Now i need a new paint job and door for such a stupid reason. [:@] I feel terrible now, i cant imagine how i would feel if it got stolen. Sorry to hear it, hope you get it back soon.

Man that sucks ... Sorry to hear that ... Hopefully it was just somebody wanting to joyride & it'll turn up abandoned & intact somewhere ... The same thing happened to me a few years ago ... Was an 85 RX7 (fast lil sucker too) ... Mine was found by the cops in Coney Island with just the ignition switch broken ...

There's nothing worse than some trash taking someone elses pride & joy. When I lived outside of New Orleans I came out to find my wife's 92 RS Camaro broken into, the factory security system prevented them from starting it but that didn't stop them from ripping the dash out. I know it was only a Chivy but it was a mint 30K mile car that I bought the wife for our anniversary. I'd killem if I ever caughtem.

No alarm but my car sets in the yard right outside my bedroom window and a 9mm right beside the bed.
Also it is a pain to do eveytime i come in but i disable the ignition everytime i park it anywhere.
