Default My Build So Far (pics)

Engine With One Head

Engine with both heads

Engine with headers

GT-40P

Those headers were on my stock heads and they will work on the GT 40p heads, I got them on Ebay from a guy who made them himself, I paid 60.00 to my door. Summit had the Mac headers, which is the only co. I think makes for headers for GT40P, for 379.00.

I put a B303 in it, and I am using a GT 40 Intake out of the explorer. Decided i will only use lower and get a True GT40 Upper after the car is on the road.

You should get the heads ported to really get a kick out of the cam and the manifold port and polish, I know money is usually a factor but I dont know how it is in your case but if you can it would be worth it. Also what kind of internals are you using?

the Intake ports, match up to the gasket and to the intake, it is not to late to do the exhaust but wonder if it is effective, don't want to hurt the scanvenge on it. The internals on it are Forged TRW piston, For future nitrous or turbo application.

This what i have done so far.

Bored 30 over
stock rockers now, but the roller rockers is on the list for sure allong with other things
Forged TRW pistons
Port matched the GT 40 P heads
GT 40 Intake
Still waiting on 70mm TB and 73mm MAF Cal. to 24Lb. Inj. and a 190gph Fuel Pump.
No Nitrous, but I think my set up will allow for it in the future. ZEX system is what i am getting.
