I am going to convert my 87 5.0 from speed density to mass air. Who makes the best conversion for the 87-93 5.0? Thanks for the comments!

i did the conversion on my 88gt.......i ordered a wiring harness adapter so i didnt have to replace the whole thing, i bought a maf sensor and meter and a computer off of ebay. Ihad to splice into about 8 wires all together that connect in the 60pin connecter that hooks up into the ecu. YOu will also have to splice into the fuel pump relay. All in all it was a pretty easy thing....took about 2 1/2 hours, if you get all the parts cheep off ebay liek me ull onyl get away paying like 200bucks...but make sure u get the right ecu(either a9l or a9p either one works) all you really need for the conversion is the parts and wire stripers and a sodering gun besides basic sockets and screwdrivers.......GOOD LUCK!
