fuel pressure regulator

If i change the fuel pressure regulator to an ajustable regulator does that control the amount of fuel being sprayed into the cylinder or does the computer control the amount?

No it's controlled by injector size and pulse width.

it's actually a little of all.

you can lean it out nicely by dropping FP to about 34-35 psi

and stock pump / injectors will support over 300 hp by spiking FP (dry nitrous kits spike pressure to about 80 psi)
