I have a 1984 Mustang GT Conv. It has a 94 Cobra Block with a B Cam and Twisted Wedge Alum heads. I am using a 650 Double Pumper from Holley and want to put a blower on it. I am afraid of being Jacked by the local Mustang Shops and I am afraid their quotes will not include everything I need.

So Far I assume I will need the blower, Fuel pump, some lines, what else?

What type of blower should i get. I hear the Holley 174 roots type is good, any other suggestions?
I hear they make a centrifi blower for carbs but I have yet to see one. Any ideas where I could find or read about one?
I currently have a mechanical fuel pump. What type do I need?
What is too much boost? Is 9lbs good enough? I need to be able to beat my Viper !
