alright so upgrade the MAF sensor.. ok.. how do I go about doing this.. any websites to help me with this?
I didn't realize you didn't have gears. That should be your first mod assuming you've done a full tune up and maintenance. Look at a new MAF after your gears, but come up w/ a plan for what you want to do w/ the car first.

summitracing.com, jdsperformance.com, and performancecenter.com all have MAF's and other parts. Figure out what inj's you'll need for what you want to do and get them and your MAF at the same time.

You can also just get a used one on ebay....look for C&L, Pro-M, PMAS....75-76mm.

It doesn't have the flange like yours needs. I don't know if you can make it work, but I'm sure there's some way.......
