Yea but this topic comes up every other week. And it's always the same bashing. FWIW ALL of the Chevy swapped Stangs that I know of would kill 99.99% of the cars on this board. Fast is fast, I don't really care how you do it.

Theres a company that already makes the k member, AJE I think. People put chevy motors in ford hot rods all the time. Its not anything new. I don't see the point of putting a chevy motor in a mustang, it just seems like wasted effort. Its already setup for a ford small block, why spend the extra time setting it up for a chevy motor?

you guys dont get it i only have maybe $1500 into my car and im runnin 11.50's no turbo no boost...how much are you guys payin to make your mustangs fast with the ford engine..or how much for that stroker motor

i have a stock bottom end 350, 11.5/1 cheap pistons, double hump heads, comp cam, holly 650, we built it, $700 into the motor. 8.8 410 gears, 4500 stall convertor. and a third of the cost for a smaller 302

man who cares.. i see so many foxes with chevy engines.

its nothing new. and they are all FAST. SBC = small block chevy is a famous engine in the racing scene.. just like the boss 302 and cleveland (sp?) 351... all of them are great engines.

to each his own, give the guy props.
