restriction removal

does anybody know all the restrictions on the 5.0's. such as the air silencer. you know stuff that ford did to keep the car street legal

Stock gears make the car feel slugish....Heads seem to be a mentioned problem, mainly because they are restrictive.

air silencer, heads, intake, and headers are the main thing that hurt the 5.0

heads=they have small ports
headers=small in diameter and have been crimped
intake=small ports again
tb=60mm is small
MAF=55mm very small its needs to be always bigger then then tb
h pipe=add backpressure not good for hp
mufflers= to many chambers
tailpipes=2.25in small increase to 2.5
