I have new heads on there with only like 2000 miles on the motor...
Will a novi 2000 blow those gaskets? or no? I didn't have the heads or the block o-ringed, I was thinking I should have done that, but now that they are on, they are not coming off. Should the off the shelf boost(8psi-10psi) mess the head gaskets up or no?

Advice please...

Also will a Anderson Power Pipe increase my boost? if so, by how much?

no...if you keepdetnation at bay and you use a good blow off valve and keep temps down your good to go..at 10 you need to watch things closely

just keep fuel in it you'll be ok lean and blower is a disaster.

have you checked out the AOL supercharger yet??? *L* im just kidding. just make sure you keep a close eye on everything and you should be ok
