he doesnt need the 24's until he gets heads. Ths tock 19's handle 300 hp easy. Also you wont be losing a lot of money anyways if he gets a good MAF. You can get a C&L MAF kit for 19's now and when you do the heads and upgrade to the 24's you can get a new tube for the 24's for $20 if I remember right thats not a lot of money. Also if he does upgrade to the 24's now he will be running rich. Then he will have to get an AFPR before the car will run right. Most like he will need to get a bigger fuel pump too. so save the money and just bolt on the intake
