i'm swapping a 351 in my 98, when swapping k members i noticed a bar bolted to the 98 kmember that wasn't on the 95 k member. there didn't seem to be a place for this baron the 95 k member should the 95 k member have one also

What that was was what Steeda calls a "G-Trac" bar. 96 and up came stock from the factory with it. All it does is stiffen the front k-member up more than the front swaybar could. I think that is what your talking about.
