check out this link

http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=334773

basically the more flow the better.

but if you notice the AFR's list about the same size cc chambers
but flow much better.

AFR 185's for street and 205's for non-street

cost is about the same cause their overhead
to make the different heads really doesnt change
that much until you get into crazy racing heads.

205's are more for race applications.

also remember to be careful with valve clearance.
big heads sometimes need pistons with cut outs
for the huge valves.

pretty hard to skate around emmissions inspections
now that they are all computerized and getting hard core
with implementing them.

Hell, in Texas they put your car up on a mini-dyno
to make sure they are testing emmissions with
engine under a load like its really driving down the road.

185's plenty

also, check out Twisted Wedge heads, bit cheaper
but supposed to be just as good.

AFR's pretty much considered the cream of the crop
but you pay a bit more for em.
