5.0L EFI or 5.0L Cobra??

I was woundering if anybody knew if you could truely tell if a 5.0 is a REAL cobra engine. Is there any thing different or that stands out in the 93 Cobra engine vs. the 89-93 5.0L EFI?

Heads, intake, mass air meter. Is that what you mean or are you talking internals?
