Default Trick Flow -vs- GT40 package

ok if you had to pick one of these combo's which would you pick and why? also ... if you wanted to change it a bit what would you modify?

option one: TrickFlow -> TrickFlow Twisted Wedge Heads, TrickFlow Track Heat intake, TrickFlow TFS-51402001 cam

or

option two GT40 -> GT40X Heads, GT-40 intake, B303 cam

i voted trick flow too, from what i've seen trick flow will put out better numbers than that GT-40 set-up... i wouldn't call it junk though, especially since that's the set-up i bought (not installed yet) but i got it for incredibly real cheap from a friend so the decision was obvious for me.

the trickflow setup is a better setup these days. The GT-40 setup is out of date and Ford hasnt redone it yet

I'm in the same debate myself but by everyone else it looks like Trickflow is the way to go. (It rhymed) haha ha ha

But seriously, I think I would change one thing though and go with this intake instead of the Track heat.

You can't go wrong w/ the TFS top end kit. the twisted wedge heads are better flowing than the gt-40's and you don't have to worry about clearances. My vote went to trickflow....

I wouldn't use that intake unless you're going to use boost. It puts your power up higher in your rpm range and is better for blown/turbo applications.

It all comes down to what you have planned for your car. For a street car, the street heat intake will be okay, the track heat could be too, but it has shorter runners losing some low end tq, but giving you more hp up top at higher rpms. The box intake puts your power even higher in the rpm range than the track heat. I don't think you'd be able to rev high enough to use it w/ the top end kit.
