UNDERDRIVE PULLEYS INSTALLED NOW CHARGING PROBLEM

RE: UNDERDRIVE PULLEYS INSTALLED NOW CHARGING PROBLEM
I installed them on my 88 gt and had stalling problems. It wouldn't keep a charge. Whenever i was idling i had to keep giving it gas to keep my battery charged. I bought a new battery and the problem was fixed. If your battery is old, that could be your problem. If you have an aftermarket stereo system that is drawing a lot of power, that will worsen any charging problem. If nothing else works you'll have to buy a bigger alternator (not expensive)

i really want to take the system out of this car because stangs are hard to get loud.My set up would be alot louder in a diff car.If you all a looking for a good alt try ohio generators or stinger electronics they got some nice 200 amp alts. stinger alts come powder coated and the ohio looks stock but has better performance than the stinger
