lm-1 users....cheap wide band gauge
well, may not be new to some of you guys but after having my lm-1 for nearly a year i just came across this
http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/r...ntegration.php
it basically shows you how to program your lm-1 to send a modified signal to your narrow band o2 sensor (glorified light show) so that its actually usable. i wired it up and now my narrow band gauge is reading the wide band signal. its dead on with what my lm-1 is saying. it moves slowly just like the lm-1 reading and doesnt jump all over the place like it did with a narrow band signal. at idle it just sits on stoich and doesnt move
just FYI[sm=signs003.gif]

no i dont. how would i hook it to the computer? even if i did, the wide band is only one one side of the car so the computer would still be getting the irratic signal from the narrow o2 on the passenger side

My Speed Pro F.A.S.T. computer uses a Wide band in its actual opperation... It it awsome for tuning... Actually with it the shop said they could pull at least 25 more hp if I went from 30lbers to 42 and motor is N/A. If you can get the autometer to work that would be great even if it just gets the range

the autometer reads perfect. it stays nearly pointed straight up while idling and is always realy close to straight up (stoich) when crusing. its nice to be able to look over since the gauge is at eye level and the lm-1 sits on my parking brake
