Not trying to be rude, but do a search. I know this has been covered several times in the past 2 weeks or so. Check this out too....

Im not trying to be rude, but you didnt even answer his question...He had a 2 part question, so youve helped him with the first, now its time for the pro the answer the second part...
Yes the p would be better than the regular cast gt-40, this is best for a N/A fox. I personally would have the heads P&P, they will flow better.

Actually, the link I posted does answer both of his questions.

Stangstang--are you on a budget? If so then you're headed in the right direction as far as heads go. If not, then look at some twisted wedge's or AFR 165's.

Go with the P's for sure if you are going on a NA engine. They flow better and you will get higher compression.

gspfunk- it just seem like your being a dick...but I felt the like didnt have any info weather the P's would be good on a N/a fox....If your on a budget you can build a cheap 12 sec stang with The P heads, TFS cam, eddy intake mani, and 4.10's and slick 12's easy, if your on a budget...Or you could get your stock heads P/P from thumper and be 12's that way...

Sorry if it came across that way, that wasn't my intention. I just figured since it's been covered recently, it wouldn't be very difficult to find the previous posts instead of everyone repeating themselves.

Here's another link I found useful:
