I dont have to get emmissions checked. So im not sure if youd get in any trouble. Probably just be fined. Im in kansas and i know people who run headers h-pipe n mufflers without any cop trouble. Afterall how many cops do you know that will crawl under your car and check if you got cats???

If you don't have emission checks redo your exhaust... remvoe cats and go with an H-Pipe "off-road". Your only choice after that would be what mufflers??? A lot of folks have Flowmaster... I don't like the drone at 2k RPM. I have Bassnini, a little quieter but no drone.

if you have emissions in your state, than you can get in trouble if you are caught with out cats. a cop can fine you and give you a inspection ticket.

I have an offroad h pipe and straight thru exaust man that s*** is nice. go for it.
