You will more than likely need a cam card or a cam part number. Otherwise it is a shot in the dark. You may get close by taking a valve cover off and measuring the lift onboth intake and exhaust valve retainers with a dial indicator and comparing it to known 5.0 cams. Again it is not super acurate but it may get you close without tearing it down to find a part number.
