5.0 Mustang and Super Fords and Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords both have their moments, but the only magazine I still keep a subscription to is Chevy High Performance, by far the best tech articles in the business (and most aren't even brand-specific, they just happen to be demonstrated on a Chevy). I used to be subscribed to Mustang Monthly (boring... for the most part... it has it's moments too.) and Car Craft as well, but both have lost the quality they once had. I still buy 5.0&SF whenever I see some info I might want for later whenever I'm at a store that has it, but that's only been 8 times in the last 2 years. Same with all other car mags but CHP now.
