dude that would be nice, but no egr/smog/some other crap...cel already comes on
I know, but at least you'll know if you have O2 related codes, if they don't show up, why would you need to replace them? My 2ยข.

Some survive and continue working for a year or more, and some don't....I did one case where coolant literally dripped from the tail pipe and didn't have to replace any of them, after checking the system twice. Another case had them bad before the hg's problem and were replaced. Point is, if the EEC-IV sees no problem/failures with the O2's, why replace them? Your call though. GL

what side of the motor had the blown HG? that side i would replace first. also it could be your combo, i have a stutter spot from idle to 1500.

you know me and my bro had a similar problem with his car. the car had no low end power until about 3000 in 1st and then it would take off. well a week ago when we changed the motor so we could put nitrous on it i noticed 1 of the o2 sensors wasnt plugged in. wonder if that was the problem. before themoto swap we changed the z cam out with a ecam to maybe increase the low end and that didnt help at all. but it also didnt help the dynamic stall wasnt stalling either but we have yet to solve that problem.

when I blew my hg and did the head swap, my car started doing the same thing. It sometimes runs fine from a dead stop, but other times it feels like it is very hesitant. Like it has 100 hp or something. I have not done my tune yet and I have not changed the o2 sensors ever. I think it's what my problem is. My CEL comes on and goes off every once in a while. It's hella weird. I think we might have the same problem, or at least a similar one. A lot of people tell me it's the o2 sensors too.
