Default Clevite bearings HELP!!

im getting ready to order bearings for my new setup and i seen clevite has a "p" series and a "h" series i was wondering whats the difference and which one is better ?

One is a harder materail than the other.
Idea is that forged steel cranks need a soft material while the cast steel crank needs hard material.
I cannot remember which is the 'P'
Go to Clevite thru Google and check.........
