Engine will not IDLE....... HELP
Before anyone says it I have searched every idle thread I could find. My problem is, the car starts fine, idles fine then if I blip the throttle it will die. Then it will not want to idle for a few minutes. If I play around with the throttle I can get it to idle. It also does it when I am driving and push the clutch in. I just did the Trickflow pkg. and removed the smog and AC. I am using a 72" belt and when I first put it on from the 73" belt I had it seemed to help and idled fine. The belt seems to have stretched some and If I jump on it pretty hard the low coolant light comes on. Would this cause my idle issue? I could probably drop one size of belt if I have to. Could the belt slipping on the water pump cause this? I am begginning to wish I had just carbed the darn thing. I do have a C&L mass air with a fenderwell CAI. Also I checked my TPS last night and it was reading like 2.13. I reset it but had to turn the Pro products TPS all the way to one side just to get .98. HELP I am ready to nuke this thing!
One other thing it seems to do this mostly when warm.

RE: Anothe Idle problem
When I had a trick flow intake on my stang, I had lots of problems with the way my car ran. Once i went back to stock I didn't have any problems. I'm not saying that your having problems because you have a trick flow package or nothing like that. I was going to suggest you look at your TPS but it looks like you have that where it should be at. I would look at all of your connections and make sure that they are all tight and connected. I hope that there is something that's not connected and causing you to have this problems. I have heard that those trick flow packages are great and I'm sure that you will have better luck than I did.
