Default URRRGGGGG!!!

Ok, so i was driving my car along the other day was gettin on her a little bit.....all of a sudden it just dies! i pull over into a bank and check it out. I dont here the fuel pumps kickin on. checked the fuses all were good the inertia switch was set off. Couldnt get it started so had my dad get a car dolly and tow it home. ive changed the ingnition control module, checked the CCRM (constant contol relay module) and it was good. im thinking maybe a short somewhere?? i just found out im not gettin any power to the coil either?? i know the fuel pumps work because i just ran power to them to make sure. also i can take a power and plug it into one of the wires on the ignition control module lug and my pumps kick on and the coil gets power? its just not recieving power? if anyone has any idea it would help alot! thanx

Maybe a stupid question, but did you reset the switch? Maybe it is bad. Will it roll over and just no spark and no gas?

Could be a bad ignition switch, could also be a fusible link. You didn't state which year, but a wiring diagram for 89-91 is here http://www.autozone.com/images/cds/g...3d8019595f.gif It shows a fusible link on a red/light green wire coming from the ignition switch.

take a wild guess at what year by the pic he has. I had the same problem and no one could figure it out. It just stopped stopping on me.
