Default Getting rid of emission crap

If I start pulling all the emission crap that sits on the fenderwells and plug up the vacuum lines will my car still run ok? I'm going to start welding all the holes shut and putting primer over them.

I've already removed the smog pump. I'm removing the little emission check things on the fenderwells, egr crap, charcoal canister, and just pluging the vacuum lines. I just don't want the computer to see something missing and make the car like crap.

you can not remove the charcoal canister unless you get a diff gas cap, that keeps the tank from swelling. it sucks the fumes back in the motor.

I just run my cap loose because it creates a vacum when you plug those lines. I should buy a vented cap, but the loose one works. It just sucks when I forget and tighten it down and get a lot of vacum, my car doesn't seem to run right.

all cars have a small gas tank vent thats usually right under your fill tube, so how does it work. I know that when your filling your tank that it lets preesure out otherwise you wouldn't be able to pump gas in.
