Default intake manifold removal

how long would it take me to remove my stock upper intake manifold? i got some new injectors and want to put them on, but i need my car tomorrow morning. i did the full exhaust in my garage by myself, so im guessing the manifold should be a piece of cake.

Is it a stock manifold... ??? Give it some muscle but not too much. Also, I know this sounds VERY stupid but make sure that theres not a bolt in the dead center (I know its like this with TrickFlow). I was trying to get my friends off for more than 2 hours because we didnt realize that there was a bolt in the center. Im not sure if there is one there stock though... I never swapped a stock manifold before.

there are 6 bolts on a stock upper, 2 are under the plaque, so you will need to pull that too, as for the other stuff, take pictures of the vacuum....I have done this job so many times, I can have an upper off, and back on with everything attached in less than 15 minutes, expect the whole job to take about an hour...now don't forget, the car will run like crap with the mass air not configured for the new, larger injectors. the fuel rails are held on by 2 small cap screws on each side, and now is a great time for a new fuel preasure regulator.
