x pipe or h pipe

what sounds better? whats the difference in sound

Probably the X pipe.But i am still a firm beliver in a straight free flowing individual exaust on each side.

Check around you can find some sound clips of both though.

I've never heard an X-pipe, but my H-pipe with strait-threw mufflers, and hi-flow cats sounds 10 times as good as stock.

Everyone says H sounds better, mostly, but I went with the better flowing X pipe and it sounds bad ***. My X has the huge low gurgle and slapping sound with the cam and sounds awesome when downshifting

The H pipe has a little more RASP in it and the X is a lower deeper tone i think.

Both good decisions either way.

i got mac headers and offroad x pipe with dual chamber flows and no tail pipes. havent heard one like mine yet... wouldnt trade it for the world.. check out this site. they got alot of sounds u can hear and they have aloottttt of different set ups
