easyer way, take the egr off, make or get a egr hole block of plate. than take the plunger out of the egr its held on with 3 nuts. than take and cut the plunger shaft down so there is onlt like 1/4inch left. get a soda bottle cap put it over the plunger shaft and wrap tape around it so it is pushed in. its a cheap way to do it, it looks like crap behind the motor but it will work. ill get a pic of it tomorrow if anyone wants it.
