Id choose the gt 40 tubular intake intake. U kno why , cuz i saw a report in the 5.0 mag a while back , and it tested them all , and the gt 40 tubular put out the best numbers, thats why.

Well that may be on a completly stock motor. But I would go with a eldebrock or trick flow, personly I think trick flow is the best.

To be honest, if you have stock heads and cam, the GT40 would probably be the best, or just port the stock intake. The Trick Flow is made for big power on top end, something that the stock engine does not have (top end).. Once you get some heads, or port the stock one's then I would get a better intake ie: Trick flow or Edelbrock... Also when you get a new manifold, get a new MAF and TB to really feel the gains, and the 1/4 #'s will tell you everything. I know from personal experience, the Trick flow maintains great bottom end, but comes alive at around 2500 rpm.
