the vents will help with cooling, if you have a turbo or supercharger that is causing a lot of high underhood temps then it will help vent that trapped air.

so then it is not just for looks then? anyone thing i would really feel any difference with it installed? i was think of that hood or an svo hood with the cowl hood. i am thinking of now doing an 351w install and skipping the 302 install that is why i wanted to know. thanks for anyone that helps out
I think the only difference you'll feel is the feeling of having a nice new hood! But if you add a few stickers on it, you will definately gain about 50 hp. j/p I'd say go for it. That hood looks good.

yea i like an aftermarket hood. no rice to that. i have a saleen body kit and cobra R hood and i love the look of my ride. hoods are a great addition to a car to makt it stand out from the crowd. who wants to be just like everybody else? customize it bro! rice is euro taillights and bomber body kits. anything made by ford, for ford is not ricey at all.

aw man i was so looking forward to thos euros.... no really tho thanks for all the input everyone. i am thinking of now going with the svo hood becuse it has a small cowl and also a scoop

i am still looking around i may go with the air ram hood also. i have like 2 months to think so i am sure i will change my mind alot
