hey pro50sc, remember when we had that discussion about my throwout bearing? well the noise came back[:@]. now its so bad, i can hear it spining while im moving, especially if i floor it in 2nd. then if i floor it in 3rd it sounds like a supercharger whining. time for that new t/o bearing?

Please dont shoot me for saying so, I had the exact same problem and I adjusted the TPS and TP Screw under the throttle body and i can not BUY a messed up idle or stall. To be fair, this is not the correct way of fixing and now my idle is sitting aroung 800-900 RPM, but it sure beats that surging idle crap!
try it out all you need (on 88GT) is a 3/8 socket and turn the screw in to adjust the Throttle Position Armeture (or whatever the techie name is for it)
Like I said, its not the right way, but my car is running OK, and seems to like the gas. However, my Intake Air Temperature sensor is also pooched.
